Our products are sourced from liquidation pallets and may include items that are brand new, open-box, or slightly imperfect. Due to the nature of liquidation sales, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

  • New or Like-New Items: May be unused and in original packaging.
  • Open-Box or Previously Handled: May show signs of handling, shelf wear, or minor cosmetic flaws.
  • Packaging Variations: Some items may arrive with missing or damaged packaging.
  • Color/Spec Variations: Items may vary slightly from photos or listings.

Note: When applicable, product condition is clearly disclosed in the product listing.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction in the event of an item arriving damaged or defective due to shipping or warehouse issues.

If this occurs:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@flipxdeals.com.
  2. Include clear photos of the damage or defect.
  3. Once verified, we may offer:
    • A replacement item (if available)
    • Store credit (at our discretion)

Note: We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.
  • Carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent services.
  • Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery for possible resolution. See “Damaged or Defective Items.”

📬 Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered, but we will assist in filing a claim if necessary.

💱 Cryptocurrency Payments

Orders paid with cryptocurrency are also non-refundable. Due to blockchain transaction limits and pricing volatility, we are unable to reverse or refund any crypto-based purchases.
