FlipXDeals ships only within the USA (48 contiguous states).

We do not currently ship to:

• Alaska & Hawaii
• U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
• Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• International destinations

Orders placed outside our supported regions will not process at checkout.

Orders are processed in the order received. During peak seasons, processing times may increase slightly.

📦 Backorders & Delays

In the rare event of backorders or inventory delays, we will notify you by email with options, including store credit or delayed shipment. We aim for transparency at every step.

🔐 Signature Confirmation

High-value orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery for added security. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

🚨 Package Theft Disclaimer

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first. We are not responsible for packages after they are marked as delivered. Consider using a secure delivery location or PO Box when possible.

📬 P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a valid street address at checkout.
