FlipXDeals operates as a sole proprietorship registered in Kentucky, USA.
Where is FlipXDeals located?
Our warehouse and operations are based in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
Is FlipXDeals a dropshipping company?
No. We source and hold inventory in-house and ship directly from our Kentucky warehouse.
Do you work with third-party sellers?
Not currently. All products are handled and shipped by FlipXDeals directly.
Is this site owned by a larger company?
No. FlipXDeals is independently owned and operated.

Can I post reviews on FlipXDeals?

How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and complete checkout with your preferred payment method.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but creating an account gives you order tracking, saved payment methods, and referral perks.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email support@flipxdeals.com right away to request cancellation.
Can I modify my order after checkout?
We cannot guarantee changes post-checkout. Contact us ASAP to see if we can assist before shipping.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order summary immediately after purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time — but FlipX PRO members get faster processing and priority handling at no extra charge.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking is available via your order confirmation email and inside your FlipXDeals account dashboard.
Do you ship on weekends?
We typically ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend may ship the following business day.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Conditions apply — see our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@flipxdeals.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review and respond quickly.
What items are non-returnable?
Final sale items, hygiene products, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item (if eligible) and place a new order.

What does "Open Box" mean?
Open Box items have been previously opened but are still in like-new condition.
Are your listings updated daily?
Yes, new inventory is added every day. Items sell fast, so check often!
How do I know the condition of an item?
We label all items clearly as new, open box, shelf-pull, or return grade.
Are your listings verified?
Yes, we review and verify all listings before publishing to ensure accuracy.

How do you store user data?

What is a shelf-pull item?
Shelf-pulls are unsold items removed from retail shelves, typically in new or like-new condition.
Are your prices compared to MSRP?
Yes, we use manufacturer suggested retail prices to show savings. Actual retail prices may vary.
Do you offer backorders?
No. Most of our items are one-time listings and cannot be reordered once sold out.
Are product conditions clearly stated?
Yes. Each listing specifies whether the product is new, open-box, or shelf-pull.
Why don’t some products have full specs?
Some overstock items arrive without original packaging or full specs. We list all available info transparently.
