At FlipXDeals, our goal is to provide customers with accurate, honest, and high-quality product listings. This Product Listing Policy outlines how we describe, categorize, and manage our liquidation inventory to meet Google Merchant Center, Shopify, and AdSense policies.

1. Product Authenticity

All products listed on FlipXDeals are sourced from authorized liquidation and overstock suppliers. We do not list counterfeit or replica items. Each product is verified by sourcing information or physical inspection.

2. Condition Transparency

Products are labeled as New, Open-Box, Refurbished, or Used. The condition is clearly displayed in every product listing and corresponds to the condition provided by the original supplier or our own manual verification.

3. Accurate Descriptions

All product titles, descriptions, and specifications are generated using verified sources such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and manufacturer sites. Listings are optimized using AI but include factual information only. If you believe a listing is incorrect, please contact us.

4. Pricing Policy

Our prices are determined based on market data and MSRP. The "Compare at price" reflects the estimated original retail value, not a sale or promotional price. FlipXDeals aims to offer at least 20–60% off MSRP.

5. Inventory Accuracy

Due to the dynamic nature of liquidation inventory, products may be listed for a limited time. We do not use real-time inventory tracking but monitor sales and expiration times. Products are automatically removed once expired or sold.

6. Product Restrictions

We do not list products that violate Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy or are restricted by law, including but not limited to:

  • Counterfeit or replica goods
  • Weapons, drugs, or adult content
  • Recalled or hazardous products
  • Medical or health items requiring prescriptions

7. Image Usage

Images are either manufacturer-supplied, sourced from the original retailer, or taken in-house. All images are optimized with alt text and structured data to enhance accessibility and SEO performance.
